Orders cancelled 24 hours or more before the order will not incur any charges.

Orders for private customers can be placed using our Online Ordering service or directly to our email holybagel@holybagel.com.

Can I switch the bagels that are included in the platter for Gluten-Free Bagel?
No, however you may add Gluten-Free Bagels to your order for 6 NIS each.
How many people is a platter suitable for?
Holy Bagel has two platter sizes;
Large: 15 - 20 Servings
Medium: 8 - 10 Servings

Do the platters come ready for serving?
All our Dishes come ready for serving with the exception of Bagels & Soup. (Bagel Baskets can be ordered for 15.00NIS each.)
- Salads come in a transparent plastic bowl.

- Cold Platters are presented on hard plastic trays.
Does my order include Paper Goods & Serving Spoons?
Platter orders do not come with paper goods and serving spoons.

When does the 3.5 hours service begin?
The 3.5 hour Buffet Service begins from the time the event was set to begin and does not include the Set-Up time.

The last opportunity to make changes is 48 hours before.
Until when can I provide an exact headcount?
Up to 48 hours prior to the event.

How can I pay for my order?
Platter orders & full service catering can be paid with the following methods:

Orders for Pick-Up between 08:00 - 16:00 can be paid for in the office. Outside of these hours please arrange payment ahead of time.

ORDERS DELIVERED BETWEEN 06:00 AM - 07:00 AM, WITHIN CENTRAL JERUSALEM ARE SUBJECT TO A 90 NIS DELIVERY FEE.
